We look forward to getting to know you and working with you. Role : Architect - ArcGIS Location: Birmingham, UK Job Description: Configuring and Administration of ArcGIS Enterprise. Knowledge of Experience Builder and Web App Builder. Prior development experience in ArcGIS JavaScript API, and custom widgets in Web App Builder/ Experience Builder Understanding of ArcGIS Server. Platform Administration: Manage all aspects of ArcGIS Enterprise on Kubernetes, including installation, configuration, and ongoing administration to ensure optimal performance and reliability. System Monitoring and Maintenance: Implement ArcGIS Monitor and integrate with other monitoring tools like Splunk, Sumologic etc. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and system backups. User Support and Training: Provide support to end-users, troubleshoot system issues, and offer guidance on best practices for utilizing ArcGIS Enterprise. Security and Compliance: Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Monitor access controls, authentication mechanisms, and data encryption protocols. Performance Optimization: Evaluate system performance, scalability and capacity to identify opportunities for optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements and streamline workflows for improved efficiency. Integration and Customization: Integrate ArcGIS Enterprise with other systems and applications to facilitate data exchange and workflow automation. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Share knowledge and expertise with team members.
