Qualifications: • Degree level qualification and preferably member of the Association of Programme Management or equivalent. • Demonstrable experience of working in a relevant discipline. • Desirable Knowledge and experience of Systems and Software development lifecycle (V or W model), ideally with experience of working within an agile or waterfall software development project. • Experience of leading Aerospace programmes / products through certification and introduction into service. • Good general IT skills with a strong understating MRP Primavera P6, MS Excel, data warehouse systems and reporting tools • The role will require an individual with a blend of analytical, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and project management skills. • Software and hardware integration knowledge C++ and Linux • Simulation background with that integration – Engine controls – Aero-space preferred - automotive acceptable • Nice to have – not required – Agile and SCRUM structures. Person will be involved in some very broad aspects – also Waterfall Requirements: In this role you will be responsible for the planning and execution of E24S projects for Engineering Development programmes.
