IT Service Delivery Analyst Liverpool, Hybrid (50/50) £28,000 - £32,000 My Client, the largest private pension scheme in the country in terms of assets under management, are looking for an IT Service Delivery Analyst to join their technical team in Liverpool. The Service Delivery Analyst will be a pivotal member of the Service Delivery team, providing essential support to the Service Delivery Manager and the broader IT Support Teams. Key Responsibilities: Support the service delivery teams in ensuring all incidents and service requests are accurately recorded on My Support (Hornbill). Conduct reviews of calls to ensure the details align with service standards. Review processes and implement ongoing service improvement measures as needed. Support the Configuration, Problem, and Change Management processes. Ensure support teams adhere to the agreed standards for ticket management and follow the T.R.U.S.T principles. Oversee the daily operations of IT Change Management. Collaborate with Configuration Management and present the rationale for hardware purchases to the Head of Technology Services & Cyber Security. Manage the purchasing, monitoring, and application of software licenses, including those for Adobe and Microsoft E3 Key Experience: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers at all levels. Excellent planning and organisational skills. Ability to engage with others, in other teams and work collaboratively.
