The company boasts a diverse team of over 45 nationalities as well as expertise in major finance and trading environments. Competitive salary - 20,000 - 33,000PLN per month Bonus DOE. Remote working which provides an excellent balance between office collaboration and remote flexibility. Office space in Katowice if you would like to go into an office environment (no requirement). Requirements: Expert leading teams in Java development. Experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture. Focus on building scalable and resilient systems. Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
