Head of ERP (D365 F&O)

Head of ERP (Dynamics 365FO) Berlin, Zurich or London OB has recently been engaged by a leading global fitness brand to help find a Head of ERP for their growing team. The incoming leader will be responsible for the continuous improvement of their existing ERP system, with strategic and creative control over the direction of the system. The day-to-day Managing an existing team of 10 ERP specialists, providing guidance and mentorship - ensuring best practices are followed throughout. Oversee patches, upgrades and customisations to the system - ensuring seamless transitions for all stakeholders. Build, manage and maintain strategic partnerships with service providers and vendors. Lead from the front, willing to get your hands dirty. Requirements Strong experience working with Dynamics 365, F&O specifically. Existing management experience - relationship building skills across the organisation will be paramount. Communication skills, in English must be very strong. German / French is a bonus :) Proven track record of leading ERP implementations, across the full life cycle. The role will be based out of either Berlin, Zurich or London - with travel to the different offices necessary every so often.
