Establish and maintain best practices for code quality and development, ensuring that their AI platform is robust, scalable, and maintainable. You'll be a champion for quality and a mentor to your team. The ideal candidate will have: 7 years of comprehensive software engineering experience, with a strong focus on Python. They're looking for someone with a deep understanding of software development principles and best practices. 2 years of proven experience leading tech teams and driving successful delivery. You'll need to be a strong leader, able to inspire and motivate your team to achieve their best. Extensive expertise in backend, R&D, and data-driven product development. They need someone who understands the complexities of building and scaling AI-powered platforms. Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and leadership.
