Technical Support Analyst

Your Role in the Team: As an IT Support Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless IT operations within the Chester office. You’ll provide 1st & 2nd line support, addressing issues swiftly and maintaining a high level of service across the organization. Core Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for IT-related inquiries across the company. Accurately log and track incidents, service requests, and issues on the Service Desk. Triage and prioritize support requests, ensuring service levels are maintained. Deliver hardware support for devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, mobiles, and tablets. Administer and support Office 365, ensuring all applications are fully operational. Maintain system security and collaborate with external vendors when necessary. What You’ll Bring: A strong foundation in IT, supported by a degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar IT support role, preferably within an ITIL framework. Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, with a focus on Office 365 administration. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive, flexible approach with a keen desire to learn and grow.
