Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview: As a Senior Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing and deploying AI-driven solutions tailored to our client's needs. This role requires deep technical expertise, particularly in Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs, combined with a strong understanding of Azure cloud services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that AI models are effectively integrated into the client's systems to drive business value. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models with a focus on Generative AI, NLP, and LLMs, ensuring they align with business objectives. Implement scalable AI solutions on Azure, optimizing for performance and cost efficiency. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver impactful AI solutions. Continuously monitor and refine AI models post-deployment, ensuring they maintain accuracy and relevance. Lead the development of AI based products, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and automated content generation tools. Stay ahead of the curve by researching and incorporating the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and LLM technologies. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and other team members. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards throughout the AI project lifecycle. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. 4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong emphasis on NLP, Generative AI, and Large Language Models. Programming experience using Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar Proven experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, and other relevant tools. Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles. Experience with deploying and managing AI models in production environments. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex AI systems. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
