About the role Node4 are looking to recruit a Software Engineer to join the software development team. The software engineering department is responsible for all software engineering activities at Node4, centering around our platform Nexus. Nexus is a key business system to Node4, driving many of our business processes, and presenting data to our customers, staff and partners through their respective customer, staff, and partner portals. Responsibilities Supporting Head of Software Systems in delivering systems that provide value to Node4 and Clients and their collective employees Delivery new software application functionality in line with defined requirements Following stablished coding standards, guidelines and project practices Working alongside other members of the Software Development Team following advice and guidance from the Software Architect \ Lead Engineer Creating enterprise software documentation Consistently demonstrate and champion Node 4 ESaaS & L4 behaviours – acting as a role model & ambassador for Node4 Develop good working relationships across all departments, both technical and operational Identify opportunities to add further value to the customer, team & wider business Seek feedback & regularly reflect on own performance Take personal responsibility for and actively engage in product, systems and skills training and development What can we offer you?
