You will play a pivotal role in rapidly developing and deploying new learning initiatives, aligning learning portfolios with the learning vision, strategy, and business objectives. How you will make a difference As a member of the CAS team, your primary responsibility is to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge learning solutions aligned with organizational objectives for our specific customer. You'll lead the end-to-end new product development process and provide expert guidance for new learning initiatives, from needs assessment to execution and rollout. This includes collaborating with internal NIIT design center of expertise teams to co-create product scopes and aligning the development process with organizational strategies. Your expertise ensures successful adoption and impact across the organization: Leading project management efforts for product development, applying Agile methodology-based principles to efficiently plan, execute, and monitor new learning projects. Emphasizing iterative development, collaboration, and flexibility, you ensure timely delivery of high-quality learning outcomes within established constraints. Assessing and enhancing the performance of new learning initiatives by defining performance metrics, analyzing learning outcomes data, and measuring ROI and business impact. Leveraging insights drives continuous improvement and informs decision-making for optimized learning design and delivery. Optimizing utilization of learning technologies, Gen-AI, processes, and tools for scalable program delivery, skill building, and performance enhancement. This involves assessing advancements, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing strategies for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. As a trusted advisor, you'll provide with thought leadership, research insights, and strategic guidance throughout new learning development and implementation, ensuring lasting positive impact on their business. You will be responsible for New Learning Solutions Development: Consultancy for new learning solutions deployment entails providing expert advice and support for the development and implementation of learning solutions within the organization. This includes assessing learning needs, identifying appropriate interventions, and co-creating the product scoping with internal design center of expertise teams (build, borrow/bot-curate, buy strategy) and leading the product development process aligned with the product strategy as well as supporting the execution and rollout of learning initiatives to ensure successful adoption and impact. Project Management for Product Development: Project management for learning initiatives involves applying Agile methodology-based project management principles to plan, execute, monitor, and control new learning projects. Agile methodology in learning design and project management emphasizes iterative development, collaboration, and flexibility to respond to changing learner needs and business requirements effectively. This includes defining project objectives, creating project plans, aligning NIIT Centre of Expertise teams and leading agile teams, removing impediments, and ensuring successful and efficient delivery of high-quality learning outcomes within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Performance Consultancy: Performance Consultancy for the new learning projects involves assessing and evaluating the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives and programs on learner performance, knowledge acquisition, skill development, and behavior change is a critical responsibility. This entails defining performance metrics and indicators, collecting and analyzing data on learning outcomes and achievements, measuring the ROI and business impact of learning investments, and leveraging performance measurement insights to inform continuous improvement and decision-making in learning design and delivery. Customer Experience Management: Customer experience management in learning programs involves managing and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in or impacted by learning initiatives. Customer experience in learning projects involves identifying, engaging, and communicating with customers/stakeholders involved in learning programs. This includes understanding stakeholder needs, soliciting feedback, and addressing concerns to ensure stakeholder buy-in and support throughout the program lifecycle. Quality Management: Quality management in learning service delivery focuses on ensuring that learning services and programs meet established quality standards and expectations. This involves defining quality criteria, monitoring service delivery against these standards, and continuously improving service quality to deliver value to stakeholders. Risk Management: Risk management in learning projects focuses on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with learning initiatives. This involves analyzing potential threats and opportunities, developing risk response strategies, and implementing contingency plans to minimize project disruptions and maximize success. What we ask of you Prior experience in consulting services strongly preferred. Strong expertise in performance analysis and learning evaluation and transformation. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects. Comfortable with navigating ambiguity. Available and open to travel when requested. Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. Experience in Agile project management and leading cross-functional teams within SCRUM framework. Deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications in learning Education & Qualifications Certification in project management and Agile methodologies Key Capabilities: New Learning Solutions Consultancy: Offer expert guidance for deploying new learning solutions, from needs assessment to execution and rollout. Conduct thorough assessments of organizational learning needs, analyze gaps, and provide tailored recommendations aligned with strategic objectives. Performance Consultancy: Provide expert analysis and recommendations to enhance learning initiative performance leading to business impact. Conduct robust root cause analysis, define clear success measures related to business impact, and develop evaluation plans using data and analytics for continuous improvement and alignment with long-term goals. Proficiency in AI-Led Learning Solutions: Demonstrate expertise in leveraging AI for learning initiative design and content curation. Use AI tools to optimize content creation, personalization, and delivery, enhancing engagement and effectiveness. Agile Project Management: Efficiently plan, execute, and monitor capability development initiatives using project management principles and Agile methodologies. Lead cross functional NIIT Center of Expertise teams within SCRUM methodology to ensure rapid delivery within constraints and meet organizational needs. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks in learning projects to minimize disruptions and maximize success. Quality Assurance: Ensure learning services meet quality standards, continuously monitoring and evaluating delivery for effectiveness and evolving needs. Customer Experience Management: Identify stakeholder needs, engaging them throughout the program lifecycle for buy-in and support.
