Presales Consultant (D365) Nigel Frank is working closely with a Microsoft Gold Partner, as they look to add a Presales Consultant to their Professional Services division. Their offering leverages deep industry expertise integrated into the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. In this position, you will play a pivotal role throughout the sales process, providing technical guidance, assisting in proposal development, and showcasing the value of their service-oriented solutions. Key Responsibilities Whilst working with their sales team in professional services, your duties will include: Customising demo scenarios to meet specific client needs and requirements. Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Designing solutions for prospective clients related to their service-driven offerings and associated products. Monitoring competitive and complementary product landscapes. Providing input for product enhancements based on customer feedback and business strategy. Collaborating with delivery teams to support the implementation of solutions for clients. Assisting in qualification processes and building compelling, client-specific proposals. Skills and Experience Prior experience as a Solution Architect or Pre-Sales Consultant within the Professional Services sector. Experience leading Dynamics 365 sales Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) (desirable). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong presentation abilities, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences effectively. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate successfully with clients and internal teams. Familiarity with competitive and complementary professional services software solutions. Analytical, methodical, and creative approach to problem-solving. Self-motivated with the initiative to take a proactive approach to daily tasks. This is a salaried role that pays £90,000 with 25% OTE. It will involve some travel, with overnight stays on occasion.
