Are you a seasoned leader in the Microsoft Dynamics space looking for an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a dynamic practice? We're partnering with a thriving and growing organization to find a Microsoft Practice Director to drive strategic leadership, operational excellence, and team development. About the Role As the Practice Director for Microsoft ERP & CRM, you will define and implement the vision and objectives for the practice. This includes identifying market-aligned growth opportunities, enhancing service offerings, and contributing to pre-sales efforts. Operationally, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring optimized resources, budgets, and solution quality. You'll also play a pivotal role in customer relationships, acting as a strategic partner while fostering team development in a collaborative and growth-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and execute the strategic vision for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice. Identify growth opportunities and align services with market needs. Collaborate with leadership to refine service offerings. Participate in pre-sales discussions as a technical expert to build client trust. Assist in promoting the practice through marketing initiatives and technical content creation. Validate and approve solution estimates developed by technical leads. Operations Management Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery across implementation and support. Ensure effective resource and budget management. Implement processes and tools to enhance service quality and efficiency. Evaluate solution quality and empower senior team members to monitor and manage project delivery. Customer Relations Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic projects and critical issues. Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, and develop talent within the D365 team. Foster a collaborative and engaging team environment. Communicate organizational vision and priorities clearly to the team. Support team members' growth through development plans and performance evaluations. What You’ll Bring Proven experience leading projects and teams within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem (Business Central, CRM, and F&O). Strong leadership, change management, and decision-making skills. In-depth technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics solutions. Experience in customer relationship management and business development. A track record of successfully growing teams or organizations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A university degree in computer science, management, or a related field. French language skills (highly preferred). Microsoft Dynamics certifications (an asset).
