As they continue to grow from strength to strength, they are now seeking a Technical Solutions Assessor to join the business and play a key role in the achievement of the Group’s business growth objectives. The Role Reporting to the Head of Specialist Solutions and working in partnership with the New Sales, Specialist Solutions Account Management team, your role is to remotely assess vacant / void properties, construction sites, utility projects and tenanted properties and make recommendations for security, compliance and maintenance solutions based on the property risk and condition and enable sales. Technical Solutions Assessors are required to respond quickly and effectively to new and existing internal queries, recommend security solutions, advice, assistance to the team with quotations and enable future sales. A successful candidate will be able to advocate to a wide range of customer types and engage with internal and external teams and senior management to deliver well organised projects and provide exceptional customer service to customers. The successful candidate will have experience in the Vacant Property Industry or Corporate Property Sector, as well as an understanding of physical installations and requirements and critical steps to secure properties and an understanding of the void property compliance for insurance purposes.
