Overview: We are seeking a skilled Cisco Engineer with expertise in Unified Communications to join our team full-time on-site in a secure environment. This role focuses on deploying, supporting, and maintaining Cisco UC technologies including Expressway, VOIP systems, and Webex Boards within a classified network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and support Cisco Unified Communications (UC) solutions Implement and maintain Cisco Expressway for secure remote communications. Manage and support VOIP infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance. Deploy and maintain Cisco Webex Boards for collaborative meeting spaces. Perform diagnostics, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting of UC services. Provide full-time on-site technical support in accordance with secure environment requirements. Ensure all work complies with MOD and Government security protocols. Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience with Cisco UC, Expressway, and VOIP technologies. Proficiency in deploying and supporting Cisco Webex Boards. Experience working in MOD or highly secure classified environments. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
