Global Process Manager

Global Process Owner 6-12 month contract Outside IR35 Homebased anywhere in the UK New contract opportunity for a highly skilled Global Process Owner, we are looking for someone that can start within the next 3 weeks based anywhere in the UK. Must have global experience and comfortable working across 3 timezones. This person will work with major stakeholders across the globe defining and designing a global process. We are looking for ; Business Processes – look at defining a gap analysis MUST HAVE SIX SIGMA EXPERIENCE Must be analytical Process design expert (high Importance) E2E documentation Business process owner Proven process owner ability to document process in highly matrix environment Ability to simplify complexity AS is Define current system and capabilities Work with stakeholder for To Be and define / amend Standard Operating Procedures Be able to simplify highly complex environments both IT and Operating procedures Customer focused with demonstrated ability to form productive relationships with business leaders, Digital Technologies, and project leaders. Proven track record of delivering results in the following areas: Business-led transformations, IT Program management, SAP template build and industrialized deployment. Deep understanding of the end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management process, challenges and value drivers Learning agility and desire to learn new technology and business capabilities. Ability to drive work with change manager on recommended requirements with change. Strong problem analysis, negotiating and influencing skills. Executive stakeholder communications experience. Proven track record to get things done in a matrixed organization – including the ability to influence without authority.
