The new RoR Software Engineer will take the lead on multiple projects, driving standards within a product-focused engineering environment. Working within a fast-paced environment focused on delivering and shipping high quality features. What You’ll Do Develop and enhance core product features. Lead projects, drive standards and mentor other RoR Engineers. Improve feature delivery and scalability. Utilize AI and automation for innovation. Champion best coding practices and mentor engineers. Work with Product and Design teams to ship features rapidly. What You’ll Bring Strong experience in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, AWS, and SQL databases.
