About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle WMS Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Warehouse Management (WMS) modules and a proven track record in implementation and support projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to complex Oracle WMS implementation and support projects.
• Provide expert-level consulting services in areas such as inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure and customize Oracle WMS applications to meet specific client needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.

Required Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of overall IT experience.
• At least 6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle WMS modules, preferably in a consulting or implementation role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and industry best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle certifications in relevant modules.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud WMS.
• Knowledge of industry-specific warehouse operations (e.g., retail, manufacturing, distribution).
