Teck stack: Laravel, Vue, and Tailwind alongside other technologies as needed Web Developer – Responsibilities: Develop and implement: Turn client ideas into reality by building software solutions. Collaborate: Work with teams to ensure projects align with business goals and SEO best practices. Innovate: Propose new technologies and improvements for current projects. Manage projects: Handle smaller projects independently or as part of larger teams. Core skills needed: Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in the industry, ideally within a fast-paced agency environment Strong proficiency in PHP development, with expertise in Laravel frameworks In-depth understanding of frontend technologies such as Vue and Tailwind CSS Experience with modern development workflows utilising tools like Webpack and Vite Ability to translate designs into responsive, component-based frontend solutions Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Solid working knowledge of Git Familiarity with cloud architecture and scalable development, preferably with AWS experience A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset Proficiency in at least one CMS (Drupal, Statamic, or WordPress) Knowledge of additional frontend frameworks like React Understanding of SEO principles and best practices Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and page experience optimisation Experience in mobile app development (desirable) Ability to integrate with enterprise systems (e.g., Netsuite, Dynamics) and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot) Experience writing unit or feature tests (desirable) Career growth is a priority for our client.
