Here's a breakdown of your typical day: 25% Hands-on development: You'll be coding alongside your team. 50% Refining processes: You'll constantly improve the development workflow. 25% Line management: You'll provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers. To be successful, you'll need: Experience leading and executing software development projects. A passion for creating and achieving your vision.
