Role: Senior Product Manager Expertise: Experimentation, Conversion Rate Optimisation and Data (AI/ML) Salary: up to £80,000 A super exciting NEW opportunity has come available for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join a global leading eCommerce brand in the North West. Working closely with the Head of Product, you wiIl take the lead in experimentation and conversion rate optimisation on all front end web & mobile activities across the group. A data heavy role, you'll be given the platform to shape and enhance engagement, create best-in-class customer journeys and ultimately deliver innovative solutions that impact conversion and drive revenue. Day-to-day focus | responsibilities include: Lead user acquisition and engagement efforts. Own and deliver the AB testing and experimentation strategy; build and manage a roadmap of experiments while working with Engineers to facilitate their execution. Utilise data from a broad range of sources - customer behaviour, user research, industry benchmarks, and the results from AB testing and on-site experimentation - to enhance engagement and create best-in-class customer journeys. Build and optimize new recommendation features and models powered by AI and machine learning across web and mobile to drive acquisition and engagement for millions of monthly users. Work with the Machine Learning, Design, Research, and Engineering teams to build, test, and launch features to drive an amazing end-to-end customer journey & experience. Collaborate with Product Designers to identify and implement key improvements across the customer journey; reducing friction, enhancing engagement, and increasing conversion. Project manage the creation of dedicated landing pages for new product launches, while ensuring prominent placement of new products on the website and ease of navigation. Track, monitor, and report on acquisition and conversion metrics/KPIs, as well as the results of new experiments and initiatives, to a range of audiences across the business. Key skills needed: Strong experience in prior Product roles, ideally within a high growth eCommerce environment Deep technical experience within conversion rate optimisation and AB testing. Not afraid to experiment. Passion for understanding and influencing customer behaviour to bring about positive outcomes. Data fluency; you'll be extremely analytical and data driven, with examples of working with complex data sets to surface actionable insights and set priorities.
