From concept to deployment and beyond, you’ll own the software lifecycle—crafting seamless, resilient, and future-ready technology. What You’ll Do Manage and develop a team of engineers, fostering growth through coaching and mentorship. Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. Hire, onboard, and support career development within the team. Oversee software development processes, ensuring efficiency and quality. Balance new feature delivery with operational stability and defect resolution. Leverage data to improve team performance and streamline workflows. Work closely with architects and product teams to align engineering efforts with business needs. Champion best practices in development, testing, and deployment. Facilitate technical discussions, code reviews, and long-term planning. Engineering Manager - Requirements: Proven leadership experience in an agile software development environment. Exposure to betting as an industry Deep understanding of modern engineering and QA best practices. Strong communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. Background in C#.NET or modern JavaScript frameworks. Experience with AWS and cloud-based architectures. Managing distributed or remote teams. Recruitment and hiring experience.
