Customer Success Manager £55k - £65k Stock / Equity Remote, UK Morpheus are currently partnered with a fast-growing tech startup with real impact; revolutionizing the manufacturing industry through sustainable production and cutting-edge AI technology. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who wants to take part in an exciting journey and play a central part in enabling clients to realize value. Our platform is a no-code Industrial AI SaaS platform and it's built for industrial data and made for industrial citizens. A glimpse of what your responsibilities would be: Develop and Execute Customer Success Plans Cultivate Trusted Advisor Relationships Drive User Adoption at Scale Continuously Coach on New Features Craft Joint Success Stories Be the Voice of the Customer Engage Customers through Various Channels Contribute to Training Development About you To be successful in this role, you most likely have: 5 years’ experience in a customer-facing role within business consulting, industrial software, or similar Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes, building credible relationships on various levels of the organization, ranging from the management team to the factory floor Experience in preparing and hosting a wide variety of customer meetings, including workshops, business reviews, product demos, and similar Experience from the Manufacturing industry, with an understanding of common customer pain points Strong communication skills Background from or a strong interest in working for a fast-growing SaaS company Ability to travel to customer sites Preferably experience developing and executing on strategic Customer Success or Account Plans Impact. You will disrupt the way the manufacturing industry operates, enabling them to leverage the power of AI to make decisions that will make the world a better place. Growth.
