In this pivotal role, you'll be the driving force behind the talent development strategy, ensuring the teams are equipped with the skills to thrive and lead. What You'll Do: Transform Talent: Identify skills gaps and create cutting-edge development plans to propel employees to success. Innovate Learning: Design and deliver high-impact programmes; immersive workshops, interactive e-learning and powerful coaching. Shape the Future: Lead the evolution to meet the ever-changing needs of the organisation. Drive Results: Measure the impact of your programmes, continuously improving to exceed expectations. Collaborate Globally: Work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to align the learning strategy with business goals. What We're Looking For: A proven leader in crafting and delivering leadership development programmes. Experience in a global, fast-paced environment. Global Retail experience highly desirable. Expertise in instructional design across multiple formats including face-to-face and digital. Strong project management skills and a knack for data-driven decision-making.
