Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fan Engagement Solution Specialist at Monterosa in Liverpool, with remote work flexibility. The Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day work helping customer and prospects shape fan engagement strategies to achieve business outcomes. The role involves consultation on interactive solutions, technical advice, platform demos and proposal writing. There are no formal qualifications, guidelines are: Experience creating products or experiences that engage audiences in the entertainment world Authentic applied tech knowledge: cloud applications, apps, SDKs, analytics… ✍️ Storytelling, writing, generally excellent communication UK Hybrid and willing to travel to Liverpool, London for day trips, and further afield when needed for events and customer visits Good, fair pay and performance incentives.
