As "Development Manager" you will :- Act as the bridge between the Product and Engineering teams. Manage, allocate and co-ordinate development activities and resources. Set and communicate the development vision, goals and priorities. Monitor and report on the progress, quality and risks of the development process. Encourage and support the development team in exploring new technologies and solutions. Ensure continuous integration, delivery and deployment. As “Tech Lead” you will :- Understand the technical architecture, design and code of the product suite. Provide technical guidance and direction to the development teams. Ensure product suite quality, performance and security. Troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues. As “Scrum Master" you will :- Foster a collaborative working culture within the development team. Create support frameworks for each individual team member. Mentor team members on best approach and conflict resolution. Implement clear, well-tracked processes to build velocity. Monitor and manage team risks. As “Project Manager" you will :- Establish quality control processes. Conduct regular testing and reviews. Ensure software meets agreed standards. Champion industry best practice. As “Technical Business Analyst" you will :- Understand functional requirements and translate into technical specifications.
