I am working with an highly prestigious hedge fund who are seeking an elite C# software developer to Lead their Core Technology team. My client is seeking a world-class software developer who will own their core technology and be responsible for developing tools for business-critical front office applications, working on desk with continual trader interaction. You will be in charge of a highly prolific team in the firm, working alongside some of the brightest programmers and engineers in the industry, and tasked with building out their core technology. You will report directly into the CTO and have continuous exposure to and interaction with PMs, traders and senior management. Key Responsibilities will include: • Taking ownership of technical products and projects focussing on increasing automation. • Continuous exposure and daily interaction with the Portfolio Management / Trading Team. • Supporting the integration of various tasks across the business, such as helping architect valuation, risk and pricing systems. • Maintaining close contact with a wide variety of teams, including the architecture group to deliver scalable, high performance streaming compute operations • Taking a hands-on approach, embracing the opportunity to be creative when solving problems and developing products. They are seeking candidates with an in-depth and excellent understanding of C#/.Net.
