Job Overview The Procurement Systems team will play a pivotal role in taking our Procurement function to the next level through elevating our Procurement operations by establishing standardized, simplified, and scalable practices across our systems and processes. This newly created role will be supporting our rebate management platform - Enable, ensuring our procurement benefits processes are embedded and delivering value for our suppliers and colleagues. You'll be looking at how we can automate and simplify our ways of working and maximising our systems capability. Main Duties Administration, maintenance, optimisation and configuration of Enable. managing existing deals as well ensuring any new deals are appropriately loaded and administered Manage all Enable Integrations and data requirements, including error handling Ensure all data uploads are executed, validated and fit for purpose, including but limited to data from and to SAP and Coupa Work with procurement colleagues to ensure all content within the Enable platform is up to date, reflects Mitie agreements, processes and standards. Act as the Mitie subject matter expert for the Enable platform and associated processes, providing first line of support for queries relating to the Enable platform First point of contact for any Supplier Queries about Enable Maintain all system design and configuration documentation, SoPs and Training materials. Interaction with other departments and third parties to ensure smooth delivery of the programme. Support with the production of VBD status reports and updates to support and track progress against targets, highlight status of all VBDs as well as any data gaps, issues and identify any blocks/issues. What we are looking for Experience of managing Rebate management programmes/processes Experience using 'Coupa' system Attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data Excellent communication skills to interreact with Suppliers and internal Mitie colleagues
