Our client, a leading performance marketing agency, is searching for a Reporting and Data Analyst to join their team This role combines technical expertise in data infrastructure with AI-enhanced analytical capabilities to drive efficiency, uncover insights, and empower decision-making across teams. Through innovative solutions and AI implementation, you'll lead their analytical efforts to optimize performance and guide strategy. Please note: this is a remote, on-going contract position with full time hours, and the possibility of converting to a permanent position. Candidates for this position must be located in Canada, Argentina, or Brazil. Key Responsibilities: Data Management & Analytics Design and maintain an integrated data infrastructure using Funnel.io , incorporating AI-powered processing for platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok Implement comprehensive tracking solutions including pixel installations, server-side tagging, and Conversion API implementations Develop interactive dashboards in Looker Studio or Tableau with AI-enhanced predictive analytics and anomaly detection Conduct advanced performance analysis using multi-touch attribution models, AI-powered cohort analysis, and marketing mix modeling Ensure data quality through automated validation and AI testing frameworks Build and optimize ETL processes in BigQuery, implementing machine learning pipelines for data transformation Automation & Process Innovation Create intelligent automation workflows using Make (Integromat) or Zapier, enhanced with AI capabilities Develop predictive alerting systems for performance monitoring and anomaly detection Design and maintain AI-powered Slack integrations for automated reporting and notifications Implement error handling and monitoring systems to ensure workflow resilience Continuously evaluate and integrate new AI tools to improve automation efficiency Strategic Leadership Guide A/B testing strategy using AI-enhanced statistical analysis Provide AI-driven recommendations for campaign optimization and budget allocation Train team members on utilizing AI-enhanced analytics tools and dashboards Ensure data privacy compliance while implementing AI security measures Stay current with emerging AI technologies and marketing analytics trends Technical Requirements Strong proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, and marketing analytics platforms Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks Expertise in data visualization tools (Looker Studio/Tableau) Knowledge of automation platforms (Make/Integromat, Zapier) Understanding of marketing APIs and data integration Familiarity with machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, scikit-learn) General Requirements 3 years experience in marketing analytics or related field Fluent in English (speaking writing) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience implementing AI solutions in a business context Excellence in data accuracy and process optimization Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects The Ideal Candidate Will Be Detail-oriented with a passion for data accuracy and AI innovation Proactive in identifying opportunities for AI implementation Comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment Eager to learn and adapt to emerging technologies Skilled at balancing technical expertise with business impact
