This is an Analyst level role and would perhaps suit someone towards the beginning/mid point of their career, looking for a culture centric role and organisation. Please note this is a hybrid role, requiring 2/3 days each week in the office in Edinburgh. Background of the Process/Cont Improvement Analyst: - Experience working within a Change/Project Analyst, Junior BA, Process Mapping or Continuous/Process/Business Improvement capacity essential - Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, this role requires a ‘people person’ - The ability to facilitate and engage people is essential, this is a ‘business’ rather than ‘tech’ role Please note we receive applications from candidates all over the UK.
