IT Technician

Salary: Up to £30,000 dependent upon experience Memento Exclusives provide sports memorabilia and licensed products to fans. We are looking for an ambitious I.T. Technician to work as part of our small in-house team, to ensure that operations run smoothly. The successful candidate will be required to help in many aspects – from onboarding new hires to updating and maintaining software. Key Responsibilities: Serving as a first point of contact for IT support within the organisation Setting up new computer systems, installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems (inc Apple products) Ensuring the security of all company computers Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly Testing, troubleshooting and implementing new hardware and software before full-scale installation Maintaining the asset database Additional duties as and when required Key Skills: Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum two years of experience installing and supporting local area networks and workstations. Communication skills in describing a solution in a way that a person without technical expertise can understand and implement. Problem solving skills include the ability to gather, analyse and process information to identify a resolution.
