Technical Consultant Location: Hybrid (1 day in office - Coleraine) Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum We are looking for a Technical Consultant to help guide clients through the successful migration and implementation of SaaS products. If you have a strong mix of technical knowledge, data management expertise, and customer service skills, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team. What You'll Do: Work with clients to configure and integrate SaaS products. Analyse and validate data migrations, identifying and resolving discrepancies. Provide training and ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of new systems. Collaborate with developers and project teams to optimise product functionality. What I'm Looking For: Proficient in SQL Ability to identify and troubleshoot data migration inconsistencies. Strong communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams.
