Reporting directly to the organisation's CTO, you'll join the business at an exciting time of change and play a key role in their digital transformation. Specifically, the Digital Transformation Manager will be responsible for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the enterprise and will play a crucial role in pushing technology to facilitate this success story and their next exciting period of growth. Simply put, this is one of the most exciting roles to come onto the Northern Irish market in recent years, and will allow a talented individual within the Digital Transformation/Dynamics 365 space a high profile and arguably career defining project to accomplish in a truly special organisation. The Person You'll have a solid track record in leading digital transformation within companies which have previously grown at scale. You'll have demonstrable experience in the implementation and delivery of Dynamics 365 previously. You'll be able to display strong change management skills, be a true negotiator and ultimately have delivered projects and programmes of change previously with an appreciation of wider business context previously. You'll pride yourself on your communication skills - being able to demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement, being able to build effective relationships throughout projects and display confidence in communicating with senior leadership (c-suite). Salary Up to £100k depending on experience with a fantastic benefits package.
