They favor developers with varied technical backgrounds (Polyglots), candidates with start-up Co-founder experience, and engineers who can showcase a genuine outside-of-work passion for technology (Github contributions, tech talks, mentorships etc) They are about to embark on a US expansion Since launching in the UK in 2020, they have deployed over £120m in funding helping bring the equivalent of 32 million products to market. Areas of growth include: Client facing technology Trade booking and Settlements Core Engineering Infrastructure Logistics and operations Generalist engineering They plan to adopt Typescript for all development moving forward but currently have the flexibility regarding technology decisions. ??
