In this role, you will provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-line support, managing both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure across the UK and Europe. Your responsibilities will include managing IT ServiceDesk operations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting network infrastructure, including Cisco switches and Meraki Wi-Fi systems.
