In this role, you will provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-line support, managing both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure across the UK and Europe. Your responsibilities will include managing IT ServiceDesk operations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting network infrastructure, including Cisco switches and Meraki Wi-Fi systems. Key Requirements: - Strong experience in infrastructure support, including user account management and device setup. - Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, and Azure Cloud technologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. - Ability to work independently and as part of a global IT team.
