Technical Business Analyst Our client a leading luxury travel company, who are committed to delivering exceptional experiences to their customers, is searching for a Technical Business Analyst to join their team. Working within a busy team you will come from an analyst-based role, looking to develop further into a Business Analyst, ideally within the travel sector. A Few Key Responsibilities of a Technical Business Analyst include: Being able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating business requirements into technical solutions. Be confident in business process modelling techniques and tools to streamline operations. Working on internal CRM’s ideally Hubspot, or Salesforce specifically. Have previous experience with Agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Be confident in creating detailed requirements documentation including functional specifications, use cases, and user stories. As a Technical Business Analyst you’ll have: Proven experience as an analyst, preferably in the travel industry Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving. Familiarity with business process modelling techniques and Agile software delivery methodologies. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
