Network Engineer

Role: Network Engineer Location: Coventry / Hybrid Salary: £50,000 Maxwell Bond are working with a leading technology solutions business in Coventry who are searching for a skilled Network Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. Role Overview: Provide escalated support for internal customers within the Infrastructure Engineering team. Maintain stability, implement improvements, and manage changes to internal and production networks. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to uphold SLA targets for systems and customers. Give precedence to a security-first approach, resolving vulnerabilities within agreed SLAs. Key Responsibilities: Deploy and modify network configurations in alignment with business needs. Assist in addressing escalated problems and identify opportunities for service enhancement. Provide support for colleagues related to applications and platforms. Enhance existing systems and capacity monitoring processes. Adhere to internal IT processes (change/incident/problem) and ensure thorough documentation.
