Citrix / VMware / Azure / Office 365 / Intune Citrix / VMware / Azure / Office 365 / Intune 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer – Manchester/Hybrid - £55K Maxwell Bond have an exciting opportunity for a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join a prestigious and award-winning IT Services Provider in the Manchester area. This is an exciting chance to join a growing business with strong progression opportunities into Cloud/Architecture. Your main responsibility will be to manage and triage 3rd line incidents from customers on cloud/hybrid platforms. This role offers hybrid working; 3 days in the office and 2 days at home per week. Technical skills required: Azure Citrix Microsoft stack Office 365 Intune Responsibilities: Manage 3rd line tickets/incidents Release management Escalation point for 2nd line Understand and follow ITIL problem management framework Join an award-winning business in the Manchester area and join an established 3rd line team with regular social activities.
