Business Analyst Company : Greenfield SaaS Product WHY : 1st Business Analyst in a Greenfield Product team Location : hybrid then remote - Reading Area office (2 days a week or every other week for first 6-9 months, then remote) Do you have 2 years experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in a SaaS Product team? Are you currently working in a SaaS product team? Do you want to be part of a Greenfield SaaS product build? The company are a leading Software vendor, experiencing huge growth and with a reputation for being a market leader. They are looking for an experienced Product Analyst to join a new Greenfield SaaS team. With over 10,000 customers their solutions SaaS solutions are industry recognised. As the 1st Business Analyst in the team, you will be the champion for solutions and take pride in full accountability for their success. You will gather requirements by engaging with customers and conducting market research. Using this information you will then create user stories and functional specifications to support the Greenfield SaaS product roadmap. You will collaborate internally and externally to support the overall SaaS build. This is an exciting Greenfield team where you will work alongside an innovative Product team to build scalable SaaS applications. Responsibilities include: Business Analyst Collaborate with customers and conduct market research to gather requirements Create user stories and functional specifications Collaborate with Product stakeholders to facilitate agile events Support SaaS product roadmap and strategy to facilitate a Greenfield SaaS product suite Experience Required: Business Analyst 2 years experience as a Business Analyst in a SaaS Software Vendor and Product Team i.e. working alongside Product Owners, Product Managers Experience of agile and scrum methodologies Experience of using a variety of tools and techniques to gather requirements from stakeholders and customers Experience creating user stories and functional specifications Strong ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholder relationships Adaptable communication style who can collaborate and challenge ways of working For more information, please contact Katie at Matched.
