Key Responsibilities Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality. Manage and develop the Quality Management System (QMS), including audits and training. Support product development and lifecycle processes within Engineering & Technology. Establish robust standard operating protocols to ensure reliability and performance. Drive issue resolution and containment strategies from F1 events, ensuring peak performance. Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver objective-driven analysis to foster proactive improvements. Oversee supplier quality assurance to maintain world-class standards. Committed, reliable, and adaptable to the demands of elite motorsport engineering. Skills & Experience Essential: Proven experience in Quality Engineering or Product Engineering. Proficiency in MS Office, including Visio, Power BI, Jira, and Confluence. A deep passion for motorsport and delivering world-class quality. Experience in top-level motorsport engineering or operational roles.
