It involves ensuring that controls are robust and effective, fostering positive communication across the workforce, and managing functional activities related to Supplier On-boarding and Supplier Risk processes and tools. The position requires a solid understanding of relevant laws and regulations to ensure that all activities are conducted ethically. Responsibilities include managing the Supplier On-Boarding process, assisting with adherence to Anti-Bribery Management System policies, and assessing ethical and financial outputs from third parties. What we want from you: Proven ability to establish and maintain strong, productive working relationships across both UK and Group teams. Capable of leading discussions and facilitating workshops focused on Supplier Due Diligence. Experience in a similar sector is highly desirable. Familiarity with tools like SAP, Ivalua, and third-party online data solutions is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is essential, along with the ability to effectively use online tools related to internal procedures. Commitment to staying informed on relevant legislation and associated legal cases.
