Major, Lindsey & Africa is working with a leading multinational media company. They are looking to hire a 5-10PQE tech lawyer who is immediately available to join for 12 months. The role will involve working closely with the General Counsel in their Tech, IP and Privacy team, and the work will be predominantly technology transactional in nature. Some of the day-to-day work will include: Drafting and negotiating a range of complex and cross-jurisdictional technology contracts (e.g. cloud and SaaS agreements, MSAs, tech outsourcing agreements, and terms for AI tools). Advising on commercial agreements with strategic partners. Providing advice and guidance on the introduction of new tech and data initiatives.
