Test Lead

Magee Resource Group has partnered with a multi-billion-dollar, family-owned company to find an IT Testing Lead. You will have the opportunity to take full ownership of software testing activities, including project-specific and automated testing. You will design test strategies, manage test plans, and lead a team of testers, working closely with cross-functional teams like development and business analysis. With the company's focus on growth, this position provides a chance to innovate testing processes, particularly in automated regression testing for updates and changes.

Qualifications-

• 5+ years of experience in software testing
• Experience working with Automated testing software
• Experience in developing test strategies, managing test cases, and quality assurance practices
• Experience working with SAP functional teams or Salesforce teams
