We are partnered with a reputable global consultancy that are looking for a Salesforce Architect to work on a very exciting LONG-TERM CONTRACT in the energy sector. Role: Salesforce Architect Rate: Up to £550 per day (inside IR35) Location: Windsor Style: Hybrid Duration: 6 months (initially – view to extend) Key Responsibilities: Design and implement the Energy and Utilities Cloud to optimize business processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive digital transformation for our customers within the energy and utilities industry. Judges the trade-off with technology and feasibility and makes choices that fit project constraint. Defining the architecture of the global Salesforce solution in collaboration with a team of architects. Lead the integration efforts with external systems, ensuring seamless data flow, API integrations, and interoperability across various systems and applications. Serve as a trusted advisor to the client driving conversations with their Enterprise Architects and business stakeholders that shape the architectural vision, and establish a program architectural roadmap. Monitor emerging industry standards to determine impact on enterprise architecture. Participation into the global Architecture governance process. Monitor regulatory guidelines to determine impact on enterprise architecture. Translate business and technology requirements into a functional and economical solution architecture solutions. Understanding the energy and utilities industry processes, including customer data management, billing, metering, demand response, and regulatory compliance. Key Skills: 10yrs relevant Salesforce CRM solution architect experience. 4 years of experience working on Salesforce (Sales cloud & Service cloud) enterprise integrations. 4 years of experience with the Salesforce Lightning platform. Hands-on experience with Omnistudio -DataRaptor, FlexCards, Omniscript, SFIDX, Integration Procedures, CPQ. Expertise in User Journey preparations, User Story reviews, Data Modeling, Apex Design Patterns, LWC, and other modern UI techniques. Guiding the development team and the admins on the appropriate usage of different Salesforces technologies. Following-up of the implementations / configurations to ensure that guidelines are respected. Following-up of the platform technical evolutions to take them into account in the solution architecture. Awareness of the Salesforce platform limits and the best practices to work with them. Deep knowledge of the software design patterns applied to Salesforce implementations. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce OmniStudio Developer, Industries CPQ Developer, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II are highly desirable.
