Yardi Consultant (Fluent in French)

The Role We are seeking a highly qualified Yardi Implementer Consultant - with experience in a variety of Yardi Implementation areas - to join our team of consulting professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience in implementations for the Residential, Commercial, and/or I.M. Verticals and thrive in a collaborative, team-based setting. In this position you will work in cooperation with Lynx leadership, their project management team and external parties such as Yardi to deliver the full life cycle of our client engagements. This may include scoping meetings, as well as post-implementation support. Responsibilities Identify operational needs of clients to provide scoping. Business Analyses. Yardi system set-up, including: Yardi Security. Recoveries. Data validation. Lease abstracting. Advanced accounting and investment reporting features (for I.M). Module Setup and Configuration. Conversion Lead. Sandbox Testing. Creating User documentation. Facilitate training sessions for clients remotely. Assisting in client transition from implementation to going live and/or to Lynx Support Services. Qualifications 3 years of experience with Yardi Technical Support/System Administration. Past Yardi Residential, Commercial, and/or Investment Manager Implementation experience is required . Fluency in French and English is required . Advanced knowledge of Yardi Voyager, Property Management and other modules. Strong Technical skills and experience working as a consultant in professional services industry. Skilled in documented processes and controls, including IT (mapping, design and assessment), problem diagnosis, solution development. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, as the position entails producing client facing deliverables. Has experience working on multiple projects simultaneously and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Industry certifications in Property Management and/or Project Management are assets but not required. Collaborative and lifelong learner mindset. Works well in a team environment.
