Workday HRIS Analyst- Permanent Hybrid - London Salary- £75,000 My London based client are currently looking for a HRIS analyst to join their support team in assisting them in their journey of deploying Workday. You will assess requirements, perform impact assessments, design and build technical solutions to fulfil business requirements and promote the best possible user experience in Workday Support the HRIS Manager in key strategic projects and module deployments Support the rollout and adoption of Workday Work with the HR Team in the analysis, development, implementation and support of allocated HR projects & changes My client are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of Workday configuration within any of the HR modules (HCM, Absence, Reporting, Recruitment, Compensation & Time Tracking, Talent, Performance and Learning) and someone who has been involved in a Workday support environment before You will be supporting the client on ensuring that Workday is fully integrated with key business systems and providing support for ad hoc projects as required This is a hybrid role where they are looking for someone on site 1-2 days a week Must have a right to work in the UK.
