This role, is a Technician Asset Management role based in London. Essential experience: Previous experience within Asset Management in a corporate environment Active Directory – user management is key SCCM – Managing and deploying applications Multi-factor authentication – Okta would be great but understanding of MFA is more important than the tool. Citrix – Knowledge of using Citrix Director ServiceNow – Incident and request management. ITIL knowledge would be nice here also. Experience with hardware asset 3-5 years experience within IT Support Character and personality: Exceptionally strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills – time management, being part of projects, clear track record of problem solving duties. A passion for learning and personal growth, with a drive to bring value to the team – we want someone to not just participate, but be brave, be proactive, has a personal care for Technology. Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and follow through on projects – ideally someone who is adept at working with autonomy and also collaborate, would prefer someone who has history of support in a Global team. Ability to work effectively with little direction, demonstrating self-motivation and resourcefulness. Strong interpersonal skills – this is a big part of our role, important to have strong user facing skills and team skills.
