Our client, a leading IT Services Provider, are currently looking for a Data Centre Engineer to join their London based team. You will be responsible for server hardware break/fix support, problem resolution and identify more complex issues and escalate to the Senior Support Engineer. Experience: Strong MS Office skills Server break/fix experience Good knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Solaris Working experience with Oracle/Sun HW Working experience with Remote Access Cards (IBM RSA, HP iLo, Dell IDRAC) Working experience with HP BL\DL\M\Blades\Apollo Working experience with DELL 13G/14G/15G servers Working experience with IBM / Lenovo servers CompTia A Certification is a plus CompTia Server Certification is a plus HP Certification is a plus Dell Certification is a plus IBM Certification is a plus The ideal candidate: Must be a self-starter who is able to work independently without supervision and within a team environment Possess positive attitude and strong analytical skills Must possess a professional demeanour and the ability to develop effective working relationships with end users and stakeholders Must be a good team player Salary: To £50k base Bens Location: Croydon, London (candidates must be within 1 hours drive from Croydon) No sponsorship available, must have a right to work in the UK.
