If you’re passionate about agile principles and love fostering collaboration, we want you on our team About the role To drive our delivery partners and internal technical teams to promote better ways of working. To support them to understand the theory, practices, rules, and values of agile whilst supporting a bi-modal iterative change delivery methodology, focused on delivering value sooner. Main Responsibilities: You will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum process, ensuring the team adheres to Scrum practices and principles, and removing impediments to the team's progress. You will be focused on enabling the team to be self-organising, efficient, and effective in delivering high-quality products You will support the team being a true Scrum master, helping them when they need it and guiding them through their sprints through effective facilitation of the Scrum events to allow them to maximise value delivery, and work together to make decision You will help with delivery of several strategic deliverables as well as being our resident agile coach. Key skills required: Experience as a Scrum Master with cross-functional teams. In-depth knowledge of agile principles and practices. Proven coaching and mentoring skills. Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills.
