Role: As CRO Manager you will hold he responsibility for building on the initial CRO foundations that are currently in place across Digital and deliver the very best in customer experience. Working closely with several different departments the CRO Manager you will be tasked with designing CRO & UX strategy, and taking those ideas through concept, design and testing all based on thorough research and data insight. The end result of this hard work will be to ensure that the customer journey is best in class and is optimised and engaging across all channels. As the CRO Manager you will be joining a company investing heavily within CRO & User experience and will take on a small but knowledgeable team. This insight and data will allow you to plan UX strategy and drive development and enhancements across their platforms.
