Security Analyst - Leeds - £55,000-£60,000 About Us: Join a rapidly growing tech firm based in Leeds, where innovation and security are at the heart of everything we do. As we expand, we're looking for a skilled Security Analyst with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, Office 365 security, Cyber Essentials, and ISO27001 to help us protect and secure our digital assets. Key Responsibilities: Implement and manage security measures across Microsoft technologies, with a focus on Office 365 security best practices. Lead and support Cyber Essentials certification efforts, ensuring ongoing compliance and identifying areas for improvement. Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) in line with ISO27001 standards. Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate potential risks. Collaborate with IT and development teams to design and implement security controls that integrate seamlessly with our existing infrastructure. Monitor security alerts and incidents, responding swiftly to mitigate threats and minimize impact. Provide guidance and training to staff on best practices for maintaining a secure environment, with a particular focus on Microsoft technologies and ISO27001 compliance. About You: Strong experience with Microsoft technologies, particularly Office 365 security, including configuration, management, and threat detection. Proven track record in achieving and maintaining Cyber Essentials certification. Solid understanding of ISO27001 standards and experience in managing ISMS frameworks. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex security issues and develop effective solutions. Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 Lead Implementer, Microsoft Security certifications) are desirable. Why Join Us?
